[Retention and Use Period of Personal Information]
MBC RTK will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the information will be kept for the period specified by those laws.

1. General Retention Period: From the date of consent to the collection and use of personal information, for one year.

MBC RTK does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions.

MBC RTK does not outsource personal information processing to third parties to improve its services.

[Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information]
When the retention period of personal information has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, MBC RTK destroys personal information through the following procedures and methods:

1. Destruction Procedure: After achieving its purpose, the information is moved to a separate database (DB), stored for a certain period, and then destroyed.
2. Destruction Methods: Information in electronic file format is permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery, Information printed on paper is destroyed using a shredder.
